Jennifer H. Elder is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics with over 25 years experience in a variety of industries including homebuilding, manufacturing and distribution, defense contracting, and legal services. For seven years she was the Accounting Department Chair at McIntosh College. She taught all levels of accounting, Personal and Corporate Taxes, CPA Exam Review, Business Communications, and Persuasive Speaking. She earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration on sustainability from Antioch University. Currently she is the Chief Financial Officer for Signami, LLC a signals intelligence manufacturer in Maryland. In addition, Jennifer has a consulting practice providing executive coaching and financial planning services to both individuals and businesses.

Jennifer is a nationally published author for the National Association of Homebuilders and the International Bottled Water Association. She has presented seminars for the Granite State Human Resource Association, the Maryland Society of CPA's, and the International Bottled Water Association on topics including: Financial Planning for Business, Finding the Upside in a Downturn, Disaster Recovery Planning, What Does Green Mean to HR?, and Strategic Planning for Sustainable Business Practices.

Jennifer is a member of the AICPA, IMA, SHRM, and MENSA.
